alcohol - under 18's, the legal position

Under UK law, we cannot sell alcoholic drinks for consumption by anyone who is under 18 years of age. By placing an order for alcohol with vin vert, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and you accept full responsibility and undertake not to provide alcohol to be consumed by anyone who is not 18 years of age.

payment

Payment must be made by switch, delta, or credit card (excluding American Express or Diners Club). The goods will remain the property of vin vert limited until such time that full payment of the price shown on the invoice (including delivery charge) has been received.

cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. All products must be returned to vin vert limited, unopened and intact. Once received by vin vert limited, a refund will be made. If you have not returned the products within 14 days of cancellation, vin vert reserves the right to deduct the cost of collection from the refund amount.

missing or damaged items

You must report if any items are damaged or missing within 3 days of receipt. We would recommend that you open and review the content of the boxes on delivery and indicate any issues on the carriers' delivery sheet.

substitutions

Sometimes we may need to substitute wines for later vintages or occasionally for an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any of these substitutions we will arrange collection at our cost.

Value Added Tax at the current rate is included in all prices quoted on this website.
