The selection contains 3 reds, 2 whites and a rosé from selected vignerons - Domaine de Côtes des Caris near Bordeaux, Domaine Hauret-Baleine and Domaine de la Bregeonnette in the Loire and Domaine Les Fouques in Provence. All of them certified organic or biodynamic and all AOC to boot (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée - good quality wines). Click on the name below if you want to find out more about the wines.
The reds
A fantastic ruby red colour with aromas of cherry and bilberry. On the tongue it has notes of spices and liquorice. Biodynamic.
A good well balanced Bordeaux with luscious aromas of red fruits, smooth tannins and a great finish. An unfiltered wine. Organic.
Dominated by fantastic black fruity aromas and tastes this wine has silky tannins and a nice finish. Organic.
The rosé
This is a beautiful off-dry rosé which has lots of summer fruits in the mix with a touch of spice. Organic.
The whites
A lovely white from Bordeaux which is crisp and clean and full of freshness and white fruits. Organic.
Intense aromas of citrus leads you into a well structured wine with a lovely full and creamy taste. Organic.
