Following on from the success of our organic mixed case, we've decided to add to the range and create a mixed case of biodynamic wines. And what a selection - containing some of our lesser known personal favourites alongside some of the best sellers.
The selection contains 3 reds, 2 whites and a rosé from various regions; the Loire, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Provence and Roussillon. Providing a combination of tastes and Appelations that are all made with the care associated with Biodynamic production....just click on the name below if you want to find out more.
the reds
A fantastic easy drinking red with silky smooth tannins and great red fruit aromas and tastes. Blended from Syrah (or Shiraz for those of you familiar with the New World wines) and Merlot. A big favourite.
A wonderful light and fruity wine that bursts through with red fruits on the nose and in the mouth. Made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes from one of the leading biodynamic producers in Burgundy.
Dark ruby red with cherry and bilberry aromas, you'll get cherry and liquorice in the mouth with nice tannins and a good finish. One of our personal favourites.
the rosé
A crisp, dry rosé from Roussillon with the taste of the sun! Spicy notes from the Syrah grape and lovely redcurrant aromas and tastes.
the whites
The Aligoté grapes are hand-picked to produce this classic of the Burgundy region. Fresh, soft and fruity this is a lovely wine normally only available to Trade customers.
A great example of Sancerre - clean, crisp and flinty with good minerality. Pure Sauvignan Blanc. Another of our personal choices.
Overall, some great examples of biodynamic viniculture as an introductory set, with some stunning wines at £49.99 for the case.
